SMS Nonwoven Fabric
Primarily used for protective layers, isolation layers, and medical consumables
It is moderately breathable and soft, and can undergo three-resistance treatment. It is mainly used for making ordinary surgical gowns, isolation gowns, pads, and ordinary protective clothing.
Features
- ✓ Good mechanical properties: Spunbond filaments impart high tensile and tear resistance to the fabric, making it wear-resistant and less prone to shedding, and much stronger than pure meltblown fabric.
- ✓ High-barrier filtration: The intermediate melt-blown ultrafine fibers can block bacteria, dust, droplets, blood, and body fluids; achieving high bacterial filtration efficiency.
- ✓ Breathable and water-repellent: Liquid is difficult to penetrate, but water vapor can pass through, providing protection without being stifling.
- ✓ Soft and skin-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, suitable for direct contact with skin, single-use only.
- ✓ Functional modification: It can be treated with various functionalities such as alcohol resistance, plasma resistance, water resistance, antistatic properties, hydrophilicity, antibacterial properties, and UV resistance.
- ✓ Primarily disposable, with moderate cost, hot-rolled bonding, and no chemical glue.
